DIRECTORS OF THE BOARD
The SGCECS Board of Directors is employees in the Simpson & Co., and other organization elected by the General Body. The functions of the Board of Directors are to manage the affairs of the society, ably participate in Annual General Body Meeting and Board of Directors meeting with valuable suggestions. The Directors recommend company employees to become a member when there is a genuine need for the services provided by the society. All the decisions taken by the sub-committee have to be ratified by the Board of Directors.
