Rules & Regulations

1. 100% payment to be made at the time of booking through Cash/Cheque.
2. For bookings cancelled Refund will be followed as per the conditions applicable in the booking form.
3. Cash to be paid at Office only and receipts duly collected.
4. We are not responsible for any loss/theft of valuables and belongings of the Customer.
5. The cost of any damage to the property or articles will be recovered from the customers before vacating the premises.
6. Loud speakers will not be allowed. However, the audio system within the limited volume will be permitted. No Audio will be allowed beyond 9:00 PM.
7. Only ready to serve tea/coffee, snacks & food allowed in the premises.
8. Tobacco products & alcohol consumption is not allowed in the premises.
9. No Nailing & Sticking allowed in the premises except on the backdrop provided for decorations
10. No painting or disfiguring of Walls
11. The display of the function/event should be only in the designated location.
12. The Rules & Regulations in the Booking form is to be followed strictly.
